It’s election in the Philippines today May 10, 2010.

I went to Barangay Rosario, Lingayen, Pangasinan – Rosario Elementary School to vote. I arrived in the school at 6:50AM. In Rosario Elementary School, we did not start voting at 7AM due to PCOS (Precinct Count Optical Scan) machine problem. It’s not starting up. The operator restarted the machine and it worked OK at 7:40AM. Voting started in Rosario Elementary School at 7:40AM.
