One Of The Qualities Of Rich People Is That They Don’t Get Angry Easily.
I observed that most of unsuccessful people get angry so easily. They seem like a perfect person. They get angry whenever they see something wrong or whenever they see a problem. Instead of thinking of a solution to a problem, they’re looking for more problems to add to the existing problem.
If you want to be successful in any field, you should do the opposite. Whenever you see a small problem, try to think a solution instead of making the problem bigger by getting angry so easily.

We had a team building at The Spa, Taguig. I experienced the foot spa. It’s very nice. I also experienced whole body massage. I chose Swedish massage. After the massage, I feel very comfortable.

I love what I do at work. I love Java programming. Everyday, I learn something not only in Java but also how the business works. Everyday, I try to make my co-workers happy. I’m happy whenever I see my co-workers happy. But time will come that they will be sad for a while because I might be leaving my current company. I need to find another company that offers higher income. I need higher income because I want to support my family in order to make them happy. Whenever I see my parents and my only sister happy, I feel very happy twice the way they feel happiness. But I’m very sure that when I leave my co-workers, they will be very happy for me. Their sadness will only be temporary because after few hours or days, they will be happy again.

Henry Ford is a billionaire because he knows how to leverage people. He has great idea which he can’t implement by himself. He leveraged his people to implement his great idea. This is the reason why he became successful. He knows how to manage people well.

Are you actively looking for a job?
Employees leave the company for several reasons. Here are the possible reasons why employees plan to look for a new job:
1. The employee needs higher income. Maybe the employee needs higher income because he/she wants to help one or all of the members of the family. Maybe he/she has financial goal that he/she wants to meet. Maybe he/she wants to buy something important.
2. The employee is not happy with his/her work. One example is when he/she is a nurse but he/she is working as a call center agent. He/she might be happy working as a nurse.
3. The employee is not comfortable working with his/her co-workers.
Have you tried to resign? What is your reason? Is it one of the three reasons I mentioned above? Feel free to leave your comments here.
