According to ABS-CBN news, Pacquiao said he is very much willing to face Margarito, despite the Mexican champ’s height advantage.
Margarito, who stands 5-foot-11, enjoys a 6-inch reach advantage over the 5-foot-6 Filipino boxer.
Pacquiao defeated Clottey
Sunday, March 14th, 2010I went to Global Destiny Cable office in front of EDSA Central, Manila, Philippines to watch the fight of Pacquiao against Clottey.
On the first round, Pacquiao showed his skills in boxing. He did his best and he almost got Clottey down.
I never thought the fight will reach 12 rounds. The people watching at Global Destiny Cable office were bored watching the fight. Clottey was not throwing more punches. He always covered his face. I think Clottey was afraid of removing the cover in his face because he might be knocked down like what happened to Hatton.
Pacquiao threw so many punches. Clottey was look like a punching bag.
Clottey was trying to catch up with Pacquiao in round 11 and 12. Unfortunately, he was not able to knock Pacquiao down.
Pacquiao won the fight. Unanimous decision for Pacquiao.
