Tips On How To Manage Your Money To Become Happy

Sunday, October 9th, 2011

Here are the 2 simplest steps that you might want to follow to manage your money that will make you happy everyday:

1. Save only 2% of your net income.
Just save 2% of your net income and name this as your financial friend. This serves as your contingency fund. This serves as your friend. When you’re running out of cash, your financial friend will lend you money. But make sure to pay your loan at your financial friend as soon as you can.

2% is a big amount of money when you will save it continuously in a span of 5 years or more.  This is the lightest and happiest way to make sure that you’re spending less than you earn.

2. Spend the 98% of your net income.
98% is a very big amount. You can use it to any or all of the following purposes:

- give money to your family
- invest money (like real estate, business, etc.)
- give money to your favorite charities
- give money to church
- buy your personal stuffs
- use your money to travel to different places
- save it and buy your car or house
- pay your bills
- others (you can specify more purposes here)

When you borrowed something, always remember to return it

Thursday, November 25th, 2010

There are some people who are not good at returning something they borrowed. Worst thing is that when they promised to return it in a specific date. When that date came, they didn’t do their promise. They never talk to the owner about what they borrowed with a promise to return it in a specific date. They might have intentionally or unintentionally forgot it.

Always remember to return something what you borrowed. If it’s money, then return it on the date when you promised to pay it when you were borrowing. Don’t wait the lender to remind you because he/she might not remind you anyway. He/she might be testing your personality. If you didn’t do your promise to pay in a specific date, you’re an expert borrower. An expert borrower that will never get rich because of a bad style. :)

Stop Complaining To Attract Good Things

Sunday, November 7th, 2010

Have you ever tried to complain before? Or are you still complaining about something until now? Now is the time to stop complaining. If you keep complaining, you’re attracting bad things into your life. Who want to attract bad things? If you want to attract bad things, then keep complaining. But if you you don’t want to attract bad things, stop complaining now.

You might have unconsciously complained about something. Be aware of what you do. If you noticed that you’re already complaining, then change the way you act. Think of positive ways to solve your problem. You’re wasting your time if you are complaining. Use your time wisely. Complaining is not using your time wisely.

I want to site one example. Are you looking for a new job because you are complaining about your low salary? Then, you should stop complaining about your low salary. Instead of complaining and talking about bad things against your current employer with regards to your low salary, you should think and use your time wisely. In what way? Since you have low salary and you want to earn more for any personal reason, try to find a new employer while you’re still in your present employer. Never ever talk about something bad about your previous employers and current employer. Try to say that you’re looking for better opportunity.

Small Or Big, Be Grateful For What You Have Received

Thursday, September 2nd, 2010

Many employees feel bad when they received the salary letter from their employer. They were expecting big salary increase but it did not happen. Some employees were expecting small increase but that small expectation was not met. Is this me? ;)

Small or big increase, we need to be grateful. Let’s always think positive. Let’s think that it’s not yet the end of the world. We still have many chances to do something that will make us happy. What will you do to the big amount if you’re not happy. What will you do to your money if you’re always sick? You won’t enjoy life, right?

Be grateful for you’re still alive. Be grateful for you have the ability to control your mind and body. Do the things that will make you happy and will not make other people unhappy. If you want to be happy, make other people happy. You will feel the true meaning of happiness if you do this. :)

Recognizing People – Key To Success

Monday, August 30th, 2010

Let us recognize everyone who did very good things. Most of the time, recognition is being given to the children. Do you know that even adults need recognition?

If you’re an employee, I’m sure that you will feel good if someone recognized you for the good things you’ve done. One of the secrets of the successful employers is that they always recognize the contributions of their employees. Contributions refer to something that added value to the company. Giving rewards is one way of recognizing people. Saying to someone that what he/she had done is good is another way of recognizing people.

Have a Back-up Cash – Advice of a 24-year-old man to all the people who want to start their own business

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010

Whenever you want to start your own business, make sure you have back-up cash. Never ever give all the money that you have to start a business. If you have your back-up cash, then it’s the time to start your business using the money you have excluding your back-up cash. When your business goes down, you’ll not be broke and you still have the back-up cash that will not let you begging for money or borrowing money from your friends or relatives or someone you know.

Set an annual back-up cash. Here’s an example of back-up cash statements:

Year: 2010
Back-up Cash: 10,000 dollars

Year: 2011
Back-up Cash: 20,000 dollars

When you reached saving the back-up cash you set, you may start saving for the capital you need to start your business. When you reached that capital, start your own business and do everthing you want to do without worrying the output of your business venture. Back-up cash will never be withdrawn unless you went broke (actually, you’ll never be broke as long as you have your back-up cash).

Your Best Idea

Monday, April 26th, 2010

Wherever you go, you must always bring a notebook (even small notebook) and a pen. Whenever you think a good idea, write it on your notebook. At the end of the day, review your ideas. Your best idea might be there.

Successful people became successful because they thought of a very unique idea. You, too, can think of a unique idea that’s not yet available on Earth. That unique and best idea will bring you to your coveted dreams. :)

Back To Reality

Saturday, April 3rd, 2010

“Back to reality” is what most employees say when they get back to office after a long vacation. It means that they’re back to their normal day to day activities. Go to work, sleep, go to work, sleep, and wait for the paycheck.

I’m an employee today but I’m executing my plans to be a millionaire soon. I want to buy my house and lot, marry the woman I love, buy my car, and earn money even when I sleep. When that happens, I will give my time to family, church, playing sports, meeting old and new friends, and help less fortunate people. For the mean time, I keep my plans confidential. If it didn’t work, I’ll try my another plan. If it didn’t work again, I’ll try another plan until I find the best plan that will work. I believe that “A winner never quits, a quitter never wins”. I believe I am the winner because I never quit to think and execute my plans to achieve my definite goals.
