Be Grateful Everyday

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

You might be wondering why I have a “Ben Millionaire Daily Thank You” category on this blog. It’s because being grateful everyday makes me feel good.

Try to think of things that you are grateful for everyday. It will make you feel good. If you always feel good, more good things will happen to you.

If someone did good things to you, be grateful.

If someone did bad things to you, still be grateful. Be grateful for you were given an opportunity on how to eliminate anger against those people who did bad things to you.

If someone gave you a thing even very simple thing, be grateful.

Be grateful everyday. It will make you feel good like how I feel everyday. :)

Key To Success – Eliminating Anger

Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010

Anger is a success barrier.

Eliminating anger is one of the keys to success.

Most of the people might know this idea but they’re having a hard time to eliminate anger against someone who did something bad to them. We should learn to forgive. I used to have a hard time to eliminate anger but now I was able to break this success barrier.

If you can break this success barrier, you’ll have a very happy and successful life. :)

Developing Burning Desire To Become Rich

Sunday, February 21st, 2010

When I was a child, I started to develop my burning desire to become rich. I was doing all my best in school hoping that someday I will become rich. I went to school to study and get high grades. I graduated as First Honor in Rosario Elementary School, Lingayen, Pangasinan, Philippines.

After my elementary school, my parents sent me to study in high school. The name of my school in high school is Pangasinan School of Arts and Trades (PSAT). It’s about 14 kilometers away from our house. I traveled everyday to go to school. I rode to Jeepney or tricycle to get to our school. I finished my high school and got the “Best Encoder of the Year” award. I got 96 GPA when I graduated in high school.

After high school, my parents sent me to Pangasinan State University to study in college. I took BS Computer Science. I maintained high grades in Mathematics and Computer subjects. I met people who really helped me to learn more about my course. I learned Linux, HTML, PHP, Oracle SQL and many more from my best friend Rolando J. Andico. I had a very nice experience when I was in college. My teacher Aileen V. Medina also advised what to do and what to study in order to get a nice job. Those people gave me inspiration to reach my goals in life. I’m very grateful until now and forever for I met those people who gave me inspirations.

When I see poor people, I always try to help them by giving them inspiration. Giving poor people great amount of money can’t help them because they could consume all those money. You only need to give them inspiration and burning desire to get rich. On this way, they will acquire great wealth that they can manage because of the inspiration that you gave to them. But in order to give inspiration to the poor people, you need to become rich. If they see you as a rich person, you can inspire them to become rich also.

Teaching children

Sunday, February 14th, 2010

Parents of the children have big influence to the attitude of the children.

Good mother should be calm at all times. She should maintain the cleanliness of the house. Children will be as good as their mother when they grow up when their mother is good.

Good father should work  smart to earn money for his family. He’s responsible for the food and the education of his children.

Children will become good as they grow when they have very good parents. But sometimes, children who have irresponsible parents will become good when they grow up. Do you know why? Because some children realize that what their irresponsible parents do is not good. They will try to do the opposite so they will become good when they grow up.

Teaching my sister to have burning desire to get rich

Monday, February 1st, 2010

My elder sister Christy G. de Leon graduated with the degree of AB Economics at Pangasinan State University, Lingayen Campus. From the time she graduated in 2005 until now, she never got a job. I can’t support him financially in the previous years. But now, I have the ability to support her temporarily while she has no job. She never had a burning desire to find a job. This time, I will teach her on how to have a burning desire. I will teach her how to interact with other people. I will try to develop his talents. I believe that she has hidden talents. I will try to help her to show up his talents to the world.

I think she’s following the advices of people around her who are poor so she can’t find a way to get rich. I asked her to go here in Metro Manila because I want to teach her how to get rich. It’s my pleasure to help people. I want people to be happy because that’s my way to make myself happy. :)

Contingency Fund

Saturday, December 5th, 2009

Are you familiar with contingency fund? Contingency fund is sometimes called emergency fund. Contingency fund is the money that you keep for any emergency that will happen in your life. There will be times that you will need money so badly. You’ll be very grateful if you have contingency fund because you will have no problem in looking for money when you need it.

I always save at least 8% of my income for my contingency fund. I never withdraw it from the bank. I don’t call it my savings. I call it my emergency fund. Whenever I receive my paycheck, I never forget to allot a share for my contingency fund. It’s very important if you want to get rich. Some people have fear of losing their money. And that fear of losing money is the very big obstacle in achieving your financial goal. If you have contingency fund, your fear of losing money will be eliminated.

The money left after deducting the contingency fund from my paycheck is the money that I will use for my expenses. I also used the money left to save, invest, and give money to church or charities. I always bear in mind that my contingency fund will never be a part of my savings or part of the money that I use in investing. Contingency fund is like a best friend of mine who could let me borrow money when I need money. If I borrow money from my best friend contingency fund, I will pay it immediately as soon as I earned money from my business, work, or other source of income.

Hope you will start to have a best friend now who could let you borrow money when you need money. I mean, start to have a contingency fund.

Focus on the good things about the person you hate

Saturday, December 5th, 2009

Do you have problem with your coworkers, friends or members of the family?

What are you going to do if you hate someone in the office or in any place? You might avoid them. You might not talk to them the whole day. Maybe, you can’t concentrate to your work if you’re working in the office.

The best answer to the question above is to begin writing a list of all the things you appreciate about that person. Never list the things that you don’t want about that person. If you focus on the things that you don’t want with that person, you will see more bad things about that person. You could also attract more people who have the negative attitude. It will not make you happy. It won’t make you feel good.

However, if you focus on things that you want about that person, you’ll feel good. You can see more good things about that person if you keep on looking for the good things about that person. You could also attract more people who have the positive attitude. It will make you feel good. Feeling good is a sign of happy living.  :)

Sanctuario De San Pablo website

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009

My friend maintains the Sanctuario de San Pablo website.  Sanctuario de San Pablo website is a very nice website but some pictures in that website are not nice so my friend asked me if I could help him to modify the website’s  contents especially the pictures.

Last night, November 25, 2009, I agreed to help him. It was already 9.30PM. I decided to help him for he’s one of my nice friends. We started at around 10PM. At first, I thought I can’t help him because the website was developed using Flash. I don’t have any experience developing website using Flash. But after half-hour or so, I learned how the website was developed. I enjoyed what I was doing that time. I was very happy for I was able to make him happy when I was modifying the website. He was satisfied to the changes I made.

After modifying the website locally, we uploaded all the files affected by our changes to the server. We downloaded and installed Google Chrome browser to check if our changes took effect after uploading the files. Fortunately, the changes took effect. Both of us were happy after modifying the website. We finished the website at 2.45AM.

Right after we finished the website, I went home and slept. I slept for 5 hours. I need to wake up at 9AM or else I’ll be late at the office. What I did last night was so exciting and happy. Happy because I was able to make my friend happy. :)
