I witnessed the barangay election at Barangay Rosario, Lingayen, Pangasinan. Barangay Rosario is one of the barangays in the Philippines. Met My Mother In Barangay Rosario, Lingayen, Pangasinan
Sunday, May 16th, 2010My mother gave birth to me. I met her in Barangay Rosario, Lingayen, Pangasinan. She’s my mother. She’s the best mother that’s why I love her so much. From the time I was born on December 26, 1985, my mother always takes care of me. Since I’m away from my mother now, she’s still reaching me through SMS messages. She’s always trying her best to reach me just to say “I love you, son. Take care always”. I really appreciate it that’s why I always reply to her with “thank you” message.
My mother taught me to be kind to all the people. When I was studying from elementary school until college, she never failed to prepare my uniforms. She’s the one who always prepare our breakfast before going to school. I really feel how my mother loves me. I love her, too. Now that I’m working here in Metro Manila, I always visit my mother, my father and my sister in Pangasinan once a month. It’s my way of showing them that I care for them and I love them so much.

Week #19 Year 2010 Ben Millionaire Experience – Election in the Philippines for the Year 2010
Saturday, May 15th, 2010Last May 09, 2010, I woke up early in the morning. I left my boarding house in Brgy. Highway Hills and I went to Cubao, Quezon City. I rode in a bus going to Alaminos, Pangasinan and Bolinao, Pangasinan. The bus left Cubao at exactly 9:30AM. When the bus stopped at Socony, Bugallon, Pangasinan, I got out of the bus. My father was waiting for me in Socony. I rode in my father’s motorcycle and he took me home and we arrived at 2:00PM .
When I arrived home, my mother was very happy. She hugged and kissed me. She really loves me so much.
From 3PM until 6PM, my father and I had a long conversation. We covered different topics but our major topic is all about business. He has many businesses in mind but he could not start it for lack of capital. He expects me to help. I told him that we could be business partners. He also asked to renovate our house. I agreed to what he suggested. For now, I’m doing my best to help my parents. I want them to be happy while they’re alive. I know that they’ll not live in this world forever. So while they’re alive, I am doing my best to make them happy. Doing the things that they’ve never experienced before. I want to show them my love and respect.
We slept early on May 09, 2010.
On May 10, 2010, I woke up early in the morning. It’s the time to vote. My father and I went to Rosario Elementary School in Barangay Rosario, Lingayen, Pangasinan. It’s the first automated election in the Philippines. We arrived in the school at 6:50AM. We expected that voting will start at 7AM. However, the election started at 7:40AM due to PCOS (Precinct Count Optical Scan) machine problem. I was able to vote at 10:30AM because senior citizens were prioritized.

Met My Father In Barangay Rosario, Lingayen, Pangasinan
Tuesday, May 11th, 2010When I was born in this world, I met my father. He’s the one who gave me a name. He wanted us to have the same name so my name Ben Millionaire was registered.
When I was in grade 1, I was struggling to write my long name but I thanked him for I know that giving me a name same with his name shows that he loves me so much. I can’t forget the time when he was teaching me the basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) when I was in grade 1. I learned a lot from my father.

Barangay Rosario, Lingayen 2401, Pangasinan, Philippines
Sunday, May 2nd, 2010Barangay Rosario, Lingayen 2401, Pangasinan, Philippines is the place where I grew up. I attended my elementary education at Rosario Elementary School. Barangay Rosario is about 14 kilometers away from Lingayen town. From the day I was born December 26, 1985 until my graduation day in College April 07, 2006, I stayed here in Barangay Rosario. I spend 20 years and almost 4 months in this place.
In April 2006, I went to Metro Manila to look for a job. Fortunately, I found a job at East West Banking Corporation on June 16, 2006. It’s my first job and I learned a lot from this company.
